On June 28, 2025, Vichy welcomes a new Bocuse address at La Rotonde, where tradition meets modernity. Nestled along the banks of the Allier, this restaurant embodies the heritage of French cuisine and the Vichy art de vivre, in a spirit of sharing and generosity.
In the footsteps of Monsieur Paul, who forged a strong bond with the city as early as 1972 through Vichy Célestins, La Rotonde celebrates conviviality, togetherness, and a deep passion for local terroir. It is joined by Bocuse Original Comptoir, a contemporary and accessible take on fast dining, with no compromise on quality.
Two complementary experiences, one shared commitment: making everyone’s happiness a priority, whether at the table or at the counter.
The Chef of the Restaurant La Rotonde
Since 2008, Chef Lasne has been part of Maisons Bocuse, leaving his mark on the brasseries L’Est, Le Sud and L’Ouest. His career, shaped by discipline and passion, reflects a constant commitment and a pursuit of excellence.
In 2024, he was appointed Roaming Head Chef, overseeing several establishments with a clear and comprehensive vision.
In June 2025, he took the helm of Restaurant La Rotonde in Vichy as Executive Chef, with the ambition of showcasing the Bocuse heritage in a unique setting, where tradition meets renewal.

Olivier Ge joined the Bocuse Group in March 2022 at Brasserie L’Est as Assistant Manager. Thanks to his professionalism and strong sense of service, he quickly became a key member of the team.
In June 2024, he was promoted to Junior Manager, taking on broader responsibilities while continuing to demonstrate strong team spirit and dynamism.
One year later, in June 2025, he took on a new challenge by joining La Rotonde in Vichy as Junior Manager, with the mission of delivering impeccable service and contributing to the reputation of this exceptional new venue.
His career reflects steady progression and exemplary commitment within Maisons Bocuse.
