An innovative concept

Bocuse Original Comptoir is the latest concept launched by Maisons Bocuse. A younger, urban interpretation of the codes of Lyon's brasseries of our Brasseries, still sharing the values cherished by Monsieur Paul.


Based in Lyon and Annecy, Bocuse Original Comptoir is a perfect and unique alliance between tradition and modernity. Our chefs have conceived recipes based on fresh, local and quality products, to ensure the continuity of the Bocuse brasseries. Chef Sylvain Girot, at the heart of this expansion, vouches for the constant desire of Jérôme Bocuse who is committed to the development of gourmet recipes inviting you to discover burgers and sandwiches from all over the world.  


Burgers, sandwiches or woks, many delicious dishes are available to be ordered, delivered or picked up directly from  our different collection points.


Our first Bocuse Original Comptoir point was created in 2018 at The Village Outlet located in Villefontaine, near Lyon. Afterwards, three other outlets were opened, including two in the center of Lyon and one in Annecy, by the lake. 


In accordance with Monsieur Paul's values, we choose recyclable, biodegradable or compostable materials for the delivery of your dishes.

Developed by Chef Sylvain Girot with the input and inspiration of the other chefs Meilleurs Ouvriers de France (Best French craftperson) of the Restaurants & Brasseries Bocuse, our menu is inspired by world cuisines with a regional accent. Simple but daring, the menu reflects the background, experience and passions of each chef  involved in the project.
