In a former bourgeois house from the 20's that has been completely renovated, Paul Bocuse created the Fond Rose Restaurant. Enjoy lunch or dinner in a splendid restaurant room illuminated by a glass roof where you will have a breathtaking view of the open kitchen.

Let yourself be tempted by the gourmet and family cuisine of Chef Mickaël Pelletier! 

In 2003, at the Brasserie l'Est, the Chef became part of the great family of Chefs of the Maisons Bocuse. There he met Monsieur Paul, his idol since his youth and confirmed his passion for cooking.

After several experiences in other traditional and Michelin Star restaurants in Lyon, Chef Pelletier was  contacted again by Chef Olivier Bourrat to join him as sous-chef at the time of  the opening of the Fond Rose Restaurant in 2012. 

10 years later, Mickaël Pelletier is named Chef of this restaurant situated in Caluire-et-Cuire where he ensures the good coordination of the kitchen.

Book a lounge or privatise the Fond Rose Restaurant

The Fond Rose Restaurant is an ideal place for your family, friends or professional receptions. 

Four lounges are available for your business meals or wedding receptions: the 28m2 Collonges lounge which can accommodate between 20 and 24 people, the 50m2 flexible lounge which can welcome between 25 and 40 people, the 15m2 Saône lounge which can host between 2 and 12 people and finally the Île Barbe lounge which can receive between 15 and 22 people. The entire restaurant and garden can also be privatised.
