We recruit throughout the year across all Bocuse Restaurants & Brasseries. Working for our Maisons means joining a team of enthusiastic women and men, driven by the desire to learn and to share their expertise. Many success stories begin with recruits starting as commis chefs in our brasseries and, within a few months, progressing to chef de partie or even head chef positions.
In the kitchen, you will have the privilege of learning from the very best, alongside our Executive Chefs who are Meilleurs Ouvriers de France (MOF), as well as other Chefs with many years of experience in France and abroad.
In front-of-house service, chefs de rang, dining room assistants, and managers guide new recruits to ensure a smooth integration into the fast-paced rhythm of our Brasseries and Restaurants.
